(I,We) are fully aware, that the above changes, additions or modifications to the identified Unit could result in damage, inconvenience or disturbance to other Condominium Units located in Oakleaf or to the common areas or limited common areas. In consideration of been granted the variance above requested, (I,we) agree to assume full financial responsibility for any damage incurred by the Homeowners Association, to the common areas or limited common areas or any damage or destruction to any other property owners in Oakleaf and to hold harmless the Homeowners Association or property owners from any liability or costs which either of them might now or hereinafter incur.

(I,We) further agree that, if after making the aforementioned alterations, additions, or modifications, the Board of Directors deems it in the best interest of the Homeowners Association or property owners that said alterations, additions or modifications be removed, then (I,we) will remove at our cost the alterations, additions or modifications and restore the property to its original condition. In the event of (my/our) failure to make such change within thirty (30) days after having been given written notice by the Homeowners Association Board of Directors, then (I/we) authorize the Board of Directors to make such corrections as they deem necessary and appropriate and that any such charges incurred by the Board of Directors shall become a lien against (my/our) real property to the same extent as my failure to pay dues to the Homeowners Association on a timely basis.

Please note all neighbors who are visually impacted by the improvement must understand the nature of the improvement and be given the opportunity to voice their opinion. Please approach each neighbor and discuss your plans and ask them for their approval. If they should have concerns regarding your plans, they can write to the Facilities Board Member of the Oakleaf Homeowners Association.
