POOL AREA REGULATIONS
THE FOLLOWING RULES ARE IN EFFECT AND WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

The Oakleaf Homeowners’ Board of Directors reserves the right to suspend privileges to the pool should the rules be violated by a member, a member’s guest, or a resident living in rental property. The Board will suspend their right of use for violations of the rules as described in the Pool Regulations outlined below. Lack of understanding of the Pool Regulations is not acceptable should you, your guest, or tenant be questioned. The pool and clubhouse are strictly restricted to Oakleaf residents only. Use of these facilities is a privilege and is not guaranteed.
- No alcohol is allowed in the pool area or tennis courts area.
- Oakleaf residents are limited to four (4) guests
- All guests must be accompanied by an Oakleaf resident. Any guest not accompanied by an Oakleaf resident will be asked to leave. Violation of this rule could result in the suspension of pool privileges by the resident and their guest(s) for one year.
- Any person found using the pool who is not a guest or resident will be considered trespassing and will be subject to prosecution by the Oakleaf Homeowners’ Association.
- The use of profanity is not acceptable and will result in the loss of pool privileges for one year.
- Anyone under the age of sixteen (16) must be accompanied by an adult when in the pool area.
- The use of floats when the pool is crowded is forbidden.
- Pool parties are not permitted. Use of the pool is not included with a reservation for the clubhouse.
- No cookouts are permitted in the pool area.
- No glass containers/items are allowed inside the fenced area.
- No loud music or devices are allowed.
- No pets are permitted in the pool area.
- No bicycles, skate boards, or any wheeled device is allowed in the pool area or on sidewalks in front of or leading up the clubhouse.
- The pool water is normally tested daily before the pool opens. If the water sample fails the test, a notice will be posted on the gate entrance to the pool area stating that the pool is closed until the water passes the test.
- Persons with open sores, lacerations, etc., may not use the pool.
- The Board suggests that no one should swim alone.
Residents should report any unauthorized persons in the pool area to the Board Pool Chairperson or to any other Board member. Thank you for adhering to the rules. If you have any questions, please contact one of your Board members.
Special Notice to All Pool Users: There is no lifeguard on duty. All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. Neither the Board of Directors nor the Oakleaf Homeowners’ Association assumes any responsibility for any accident or injury in connection with such use or for any loss or damage to personal property. Persons using the pool agree not to hold the Board or the Oakleaf Homeowners’ Association liable for any actions of whatever nature occurring within the pool area.
