Insurance Committee:
Researches and weighs the pros and cons of numerous insurance policies and quotes to obtain the optimal community master insurance policy. The chosen policy will provide the most benefit to the Condominium Association, the unit owners, and their mortgagees as their interests may appear.

Budget Committee:
Prepares the annual budget for each year.  Committee is appointed at August Board Meeting. Budget presented to Board at October Board Meeting and presented to homeowners at the Annual Meeting in November.

Architectural Committee:
Reviews requests for exterior modifications and presents to the Board for approval.
